Krystle Reyes is a creative and business professional, in that order. As a former graphic designer, she understands the art of expression. As an event and project management professional, she is wired to help brands, leaders, and salespeople achieve success while catering to client needs and coordinating logistics to create seamless and memorable events. Krystle embraces her environment, whether it’s in a boardroom or a social affair, leaning into new experiences and building genuine relationships with colleagues, clients, and friends, alike. She has worked in a professional, corporate setting for close to a decade and has had the opportunity to collaborate with some of the world’s largest and best brands. Exercising her organizational skills and unparalleled attention to detail, she understands the importance of delivering projects on time; managing budgets; keeping a cool head and ensuring brand guidelines are intact. Krystle’s work ethic plus her passion and expertise in client management, make her a valuable addition to the Heller Productions team.

JANICE FIGOV

Accountant

Janice is a certified Adult Educator with 20 years of experience in the software and consulting industry specializing in software and systems training. She started Figov Associates in 1991 and played a key role in computer technology for individuals with Special Needs. Being a Director of Training at Grapevine Systems has brought additional experience prior to starting her own company. She has worked with individuals to create software savvy clients giving them the knowledge to confidently utilize various computer applications at the Your University Continuing Education department, and currently teaches at George Brown College. She also has extensive education and experience with QuickBooksR, pared with knowledge of computer systems, accounting and bookkeeping, with makes Janice uniquely qualified to successfully train clients in the management and use of systems and programs in a technological environment.

With more than 8 years of project management, sales, marketing, and event experience, Erin has worked in a variety of capacities from managing industry events to educational conferences. She has cultivated a valuable range of skills in sales, marketing, project management, strategic thinking, customer experience, and relationship management. She is a passionate and creative team player with a dynamic and positive outlook on life who strives to identify new opportunities that bring people together to create meaningful and engaging experiences. Her true passion for events began while managing multiple industry events for a publishing company, which then lead to managing multiple educational conferences for an international events management company. Erin’s creativity, initiative, and highly driven attitude builds strong relationships with her clients, ensuring their vision is executed beyond their expectations.

President

Lori began her career on Bay Street working in Syndication & Debt Capital Markets at CIBC World Markets and eventually moved into event marketing, sponsorships and donations. With the knowledge and experience under her belt, she decided to launch her own Event Management Company in 1998. Nearly 21 years later, Heller Productions has raised the bar in the events industry and has gained a reputation as one of Canada’s finest event boutique companies. The name alone is synonymous with precision, personal edge, vision, and flair. Heller Productions has created and produced events for David Foster Foundation, Grand Cru Culinary Wine Festival, Vinifera Wine Lovers’ Gala, President’s Cup, and countless corporate events, golf tournaments, conferences, award galas, and incentive trips around the world. Lori embodies a perfect blend of creative thinking, personal, service, and attention to detail. Leaving her clients content and satisfied is not only a skill she has developed over the last decade, but a passion she holds strongly. MICHELLE MADERER

Director of Events

Michelle has joined Heller Productions from the world of Catering and Event Marketing. She has a passion for planning events and helping others create a unique and memorable experience. With a degree from York University as well as a diploma from Seneca College, she began planning various social events amongst her social group throughout her school years. Her event planning experience and love of food led her into the world of catering where she got to share her culinary passions with others. Her line of work has given her a great deal of experience with customer service and relationship building, and she brings with her a wide range of skills in planning and organizing events. She is also an avid traveler and has ventured across the globe experiencing new cultures and an array of culinary delights.
