    Lori began her career on Bay Street working in Syndication & Debt Capital Markets at CIBC World Markets and eventually moved into event marketing, sponsorships and donations. With the knowledge and experience under her belt, she decided to launch her own Event Management Company in 1998. Nearly 15 years later, Heller Productions has raised the bar in the events industry and has gained a reputation as one of Canada’s finest event boutique companies. The name alone is synonymous with precision, personal edge, vision and flair. Heller Productions has created and produced events for David Foster Foundation, Grand Cru Culinary Wine Festival, Vinifera Wine Lovers’ Gala, President’s Cup and countless corporate events, golf tournaments, conferences, award galas, and incentive trips around the world. Lori embodies a perfect blend of creative thinking, personal, service and attention to detail.     Michelle Maderer - Director of Events

    Michelle has joined Heller Productions from the world of Catering and Event Marketing. She has a passion for planning events and helping others create a unique and memorable experience. With a degree from York University as well as a diploma from Seneca College, she began planning various social events amongst her social group throughout her school years. Her event planning experience and love of food led her into the world of catering where she got to share her culinary passions with others. Her line of work has given her a great deal of experience with customer service and relationship building and she brings with her a wide range of skills in planning and organizing events. She is also an avid traveler and has ventured across the globe experiencing new cultures and an array of culinary delights.

    Olivia has worked in event management in a variety of capacities for over four years. A graduate of York University, she started her career in the event industry coordinating Live Music Events and Festivals. Olivia brings a sound understanding of the bigger picture and the fine details required to make an event a success. Her commitment to meeting and exceeding her client’s needs allows her to execute events beyond their vision. Olivia brings an energetic and professional perspective to the work she completes which creates a comfortable and approachable relationship with her clients. Her previous employment within the hospitality industry at some of Toronto’s best bars and restaurants has provided her with skills necessary to put the client first and focus on their overall experience. Olivia’s attention to detail and her administrative skills makes her a valuable addition to the Heller Team.

    Ashley Eng - Event Manager

    Ashley solidified her fervent interest in event planning while completing the Special Event Planning & Destination Tourism program at George Brown College. Previously working for a marketing agency in corporate meeting planning and incentive travel, Ashley has a wide range of events experience from scientific conferences, to offsite team building and themed social events. She is adept at wearing multiple hats and shifting quickly to changing circumstances. Her strong understanding of logistics, coupled with her project management and customer service skills, ensure each client’s vision is executed to perfection. Ashley strives to provide each of her clients with a custom and unique experience. Her attention to detail, resourcefulness, and desire to execute unforgettable events make her a great addition to the Heller team.

    Lexy Nickle - Event Coordinator

    Lexy joined the Heller Team after completing a post-graduate certificate in Event Management from Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning. However, she discovered her passion for events long before, while she attended the University of Toronto for her undergraduate degree. Lexy is a creative thinker and great problem solver that loves to try new things and be creative. She’s detailed oriented while always maintaining a clear understanding of the big picture. Lexy aims to understand the client’s vision from the outset so that she can anticipate their needs, and ensure that every event execution flawlessly exceeds expectations.

    Melanie Smilynov- Events & Administrative Assistant

    Melanie was first introduced to event planning while attaining her diploma at George Brown College for Special Events Management. It was through volunteering at corporate functions and participating in brand ambassador work that she realized she had an immense enthusiasm towards planning events. This is what led Melanie to complete an internship at Heller Productions and realize her love for event planning was what she wanted to pursue as a career. Her focus and expressive creativity are just a few of the assets that she brings to the table and to the Heller team.
