    Lori began her career on Bay Street working in Syndication & Debt Capital Markets at CIBC World Markets and eventually moved into event marketing, sponsorships and donations. With the knowledge and experience under her belt, she decided to launch her own Event Management Company in 1998. Nearly 15 years later, Heller Productions has raised the bar in the events industry and has gained a reputation as one of Canada’s finest event boutique companies. The name alone is synonymous with precision, personal edge, vision and flair. Heller Productions has created and produced events for David Foster Foundation, Grand Cru Culinary Wine Festival, Vinifera Wine Lovers’ Gala, President’s Cup and countless corporate events, golf tournaments, conferences, award galas, and incentive trips around the world. Lori embodies a perfect blend of creative thinking, personal, service and attention to detail.     Corinne Day, Event Coordinator

    Corinne has worked in event management, project management and recruitment for over ten years. Her sound professional background is bolstered by an innate sense of style and a passion for the finer things in life, and tempered with a unique international experience. Corinne spent six years living and working in West Africa and the United States, and travelling extensively in Europe and Asia. During her time abroad she gained invaluable perspective and worldview that she incorporates into her professional and personal life. She has a BA in Political Science from the University of Calgary and is fluent in French and English. Corinne’s unparalleled attention to detail, expertise in client management and administrative skills make her a valuable addition to the Heller Team.

    Carolyn Thorpe, Event Assistant

    Carolyn discovered her passion for events while studying at Queen’s University, where she worked for Alumni Relations in the department of Reunions and Events. While earning her degree, Carolyn also gained experience and perspective by studying abroad in England and Havana, Cuba and by working as the logistics coordinator for the Queen’s Health and Human Rights Conference. Carolyn also has a broad range of customer service experience, and her positive, helpful attitude makes her a welcome addition to the Heller team.

    Michelle D’Angelo, Director, Business Development

    Michelle re-joins the Heller team after pausing for 4 years to oversee the re-launch of the Art Gallery of Ontario’s transformed building and new venue space. Michelle brought together a team of professionals to open the most sought after venue space in the city, collaborate with top vendors and professionals and launch over 1,000 successful events including: the return of the king ‘Tut’ exhibition, LG Fashion Show Week and much more. Michelle’s career began in the catering industry and remains her true passion with events, along with the logistic challenge to bring it all together in a flawless execution. Michelle managed the induction of Wayne Gretzky into the Hockey Hall of Fame (joined by 1600 of his closest friends) in 1992, and all the events that surrounded the ‘king’. Working with the Ottawa Protocol Office and winning the bid in 1998 for the catering services (over 6,000 people) for the ‘Pope John Paul VII World Vision Tour’ was another successful endeavour for this very talented women and the team she managed. Michelle’s forte and strength is meeting and engaging people to share their vision and “wish list” and work with her to help meet their ultimate event vision; execution is a given. Now back with the Heller team, Michelle will focus on building your next event, executing and having you sit back to enjoy!
