Aecon Spring Conference 2011-2013

The Aecon Employee Meetings provide the opportunity to host employees and clients in the presence of distinguished speakers to help grow their business.

Heller worked with Aecon to coordinate the Employee Meetings at two of Canada’s most prestigious theatres, The Winspear Centre in Edmonton and The Living Arts Centre of Mississauga.

Hosting 400 attendees in Edmonton and 800 attendees in Mississauga, The Heller team coordinated a seamless experience for all 1200 guests. From transportation, hotel reservations, registration, and communications, Heller’s attention to detail led to the successful execution of both conferences.
